Eri\u015fkinlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklarda \u00f6l\u00fcm oran\u0131 ve ciddi hastal\u0131k oran\u0131 olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olarak saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7ocuklarda 0-9 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm bildirilmemi\u015fken 10 ile 19 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda 549 hastadan sadece 1 i kaybedilmi\u015ftir ( Mortalite %0,2 ).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c7ocuklarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen semptomlar aras\u0131nda grip benzeri \u015fikayetler olur, dalgal\u0131 ate\u015f, zat\u00fcrre ve \u00fcst solunum yolu ile ilgili bulgular\u00a0 (\u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, t\u0131kal\u0131 burun, hap\u015f\u0131rma ve rinore) bulunur<\/strong>. \u00c7ocuklarda genelde bulgulara y\u00f6nelik tedavi verilir (ate\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderici vs). Nadir vakalarda bakteri enfeksiyonu olu\u015fabilece\u011finden antibiyotik tedavisi de verilmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Covid-19_doneminde_hamilelik_ve_emzirme\"><\/span><strong>Covid-19 d\u00f6neminde hamilelik ve emzirme<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benzer \u015fekilde gebelerde de \u015fiddetli enfeksiyon ve \u00f6l\u00fcm riski y\u00fcksek olarak saptanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat daha y\u00fcksek erken do\u011fum riskine sebep olabilece\u011fi bildirilmi\u015ftir. Anne s\u00fct\u00fcnde vir\u00fcs saptanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile <strong>Covid pozitif<\/strong> olsa veya olas\u0131 vakada olsa maske ve el emizli\u011fiyle emzirmeye devam edilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir. <strong>Anne s\u00fct\u00fc antikor deste\u011fi sa\u011flamakta ve \u00e7ok iyi bir besi \u00f6\u011fesi, durumundad\u0131r, emzirme te\u015fvik edilmelidir.<\/strong> Anne emziremeyecek kadar yorgunsa, s\u00fct\u00fcn manuel veya elektrikli pompalarla sa\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilebilir, b\u00f6ylece ailenin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00fcyesi veya bir bak\u0131c\u0131 sa\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f s\u00fct\u00fc bebe\u011fe verebilir.
