Su terlemeyle v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n dengede tutulmas\u0131 sa\u011flar. S\u0131cak havalarda yeterli su al\u0131m\u0131 olmazsa, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan terleme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez ve \u0131s\u0131 dengesi sa\u011flanamaz. Terletti\u011fi i\u00e7in naylon i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek giysilerden ise sak\u0131n\u0131n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>\u015eapka ve g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kullan\u0131n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ba\u015f\u0131n direkt olarak g\u00fcne\u015f maruziyetini engellemek i\u00e7in geni\u015f kenarl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fapka veya \u015femsiye gibi g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan koruyan aksesuarlar kullan\u0131n. San\u0131lan\u0131n aksine g\u00f6lgede b\u0131rak\u0131lan otomobiller de g\u00fcvenli de\u011fil. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7indeki s\u0131cakl\u0131k da 25-30 dakikada kritik seviyeye y\u00fckselebilir. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n v\u00fccut s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 yeti\u015fkinlere g\u00f6re daha h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckselir.
