A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terledi\u011finde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeterli miktarda su, yiyeceklerden de fasulye, mercimek, bezelye, f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem, ceviz ve yer f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sodyumdan zengin besinler t\u00fcketmeleri sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Potasyum kay\u0131plar\u0131 da yorgunluk ile birlikte gece kramplar\u0131 ve kas a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na da neden olabilir. Demir tedavisi alan \u00e7ocuklarda gereksiz \u00e7inko kullan\u0131m\u0131 ise demir emilimini azaltarak tedaviyi geciktirmektedir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ve ye\u015filbiber, brokoli, lahana, kereviz, turp, paz\u0131 ve \u0131spanak gibi ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler mutlaka t\u00fcketilmesi gereken ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren sebzelerdir. Bal\u0131k ve ceviz i\u00e7erdi\u011fi omega-3 ya\u011flar\u0131 ile ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 destekler. Haftada bir kez bal\u0131k ve her g\u00fcn ceviz t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir. Meyvelerden \u00f6zellikle turun\u00e7giller, portakal, mandalina, kivi ve limon C vitamini i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcnde en az 1 portakal, 1 kivi ya da 2 mandalina okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131 olan C vitaminini kar\u015f\u0131lar.
