Ancak korona vir\u00fcs ile ilgili bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dedi\u011fimizde evde ge\u00e7irilen ve bozulan rutin d\u00fczende dikkat edilmesi gereken konula ba\u015fta geliyor san\u0131r\u0131m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bildi\u011fimiz \u00fczere <strong>hareketsizlik, \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k, k\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme gibi fakt\u00f6rler kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkiliyorlar.<\/strong> Evde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu d\u00f6nemde normal hayat rutinimizin de\u011fi\u015fmesi hareketsizli\u011fe neden oluyor. Bununla birlikte hem evde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in hem de kayg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in yemeye y\u00f6nelebildi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z da olumsuz olarak etkilenebiliyor. Bu dengelerin bozulmas\u0131 ile kilo alma e\u011filimi ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte t\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rler \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, hiperkolesterolemi ve hipertansiyon gibi; kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyen hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kma ihtimalini de artt\u0131r\u0131yor.\u00a0 T\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rlerin haricinde sigara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ya da sigara i\u00e7enlerde sigara i\u00e7me miktar\u0131n\u0131n da kayg\u0131l\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fer evde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bu pandemi s\u00fcrecinde bahsetti\u011fim konulara dikkat edilmez ise kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumsuz s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ya\u015fanabilir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herhangi bir \u015fekilde yeni geli\u015fen bir kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 semptomu varsa; bu semptomlar ilerliyor, \u015fiddeti ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131yorsa, bu hastalar\u0131n en yak\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015funa ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konu\u015fulmas\u0131 gereken di\u011fer konu ise bilinen kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar\u0131n bu s\u00fcre\u00e7teki takibi. Normal kontrol muayenesi zaman\u0131 gelen hastalar, hekimleri ile ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7erek nas\u0131l bir yol izleyeceklerini planlamal\u0131lar. Ancak panik atak kalple alakal\u0131 bir durum olmay\u0131p psikiyatrik tedavi gerektirebilecek bir durumdur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panik atak ya\u015fayan ki\u015fi genellikle g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcste s\u0131k\u0131\u015fma, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 nefesin yetmemesi, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcste bask\u0131 hissi gibi \u015fikayetlerden bahseder. Ancak kalp krizinden farkl\u0131 olarak panik atak, genellikle psikolojik bir sebeple tetiklenir, efor sonras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Yetersiz oksijenli kan\u0131n her organda oldu\u011fu gibi kalpte de sorunlara neden olmas\u0131 olas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kalp bu yetersiz oksijen seviyesini kompanse etmek i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak durumunda kalacakt\u0131r.
