Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00fcksek sodyum al\u0131m\u0131, kalp, beyin ve b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131k sorununa yol a\u00e7abilen, \u00f6nemli bir toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunu olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olmas\u0131 gerekenden \u00e7ok daha fazla tuz t\u00fcketiyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Hipertansiyon ve B\u00f6brek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nin 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi SALTURK-1 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yeti\u015fkinlerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketiminin 18 gram oldu\u011funu, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrarlanan SALTURK-2 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ise g\u00fcnl\u00fck t\u00fcketimin bir miktar azalarak 15 grama d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterdi. Ancak bu rakam g\u00fcnde toplam 5 -6 gram olarak belirtilen tuz \u00f6nerisinin yine de tam \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Topluma dengeli beslenme, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kazand\u0131rma, topluma bu konulardaki en do\u011fru bilgiyi aktarma hedefiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren\u00a0<strong>Sabri \u00dclker Vakf\u0131,<\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimine dikkat \u00e7ekmek ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in\u00a0<strong>\u201cFazla Tuzu Azalt, \u00d6mr\u00fcn\u00fc Uzat\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0kampanyas\u0131n\u0131, Tuz Haftas\u0131 2018 kapsam\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n duyurusu i\u00e7in 8 Mart\u2019ta \u0130stanbul\u2019da,<strong>Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Altun,Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Ana Bilim Dal\u0131 Nefroloji Bilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Yunus Erdem ve T\u00fcrk Hipertansiyon ve B\u00f6brek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00dclver Derici,Sabri \u00dclker Vakf\u0131 Bilim Kurulu \u00dcyesi ve Do\u011fu Akdeniz \u00dcniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. H. D\u00fcnya Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019ne de denk d\u00fc\u015fen toplant\u0131da, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlarda tuz t\u00fcketimi oranlar\u0131, hipertansiyon fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kontrol\u00fc konular\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcnl\u00fck toplam tuz t\u00fcketimi, 5-6 grama denk gelen 1 \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 tuz ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fazla tuz t\u00fcketiminin toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir tehdit olu\u015fturdu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken\u00a0<strong>Sabri \u00dclker Vakf\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Beg\u00fcm Mutu\u015f<\/strong>, \u201cG\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketimi \u0130ngiltere\u2019de 9, ABD\u2019de 10, Japonya\u2019da 12, \u00c7in\u2019de 13 gram iken bu rakam T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 15 gram. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli di\u011fer referans kurumlar g\u00fcnl\u00fck toplam tuz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, 5-6 grama denk gelen 1 \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 tuzla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00f6neriyor. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin ve beraberinde yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesinde ilk ad\u0131m, fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturularak beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinden ge\u00e7iyor. Bu ba\u011flamda \u201cFazla Tuzu Azalt, \u00d6mr\u00fcn\u00fc Uzat\u201d projesiyle Vakf\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstleniyor. Bug\u00fcn ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cFazla Tuzu Azalt, \u00d6mr\u00fcn\u00fc Uzat\u201d fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kampanyas\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131k hava mecralar\u0131, sosyal medya ve internet yoluyla, kamuoyu nezdinde fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 tencereye eklenen tuz olu\u015fturuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Ana Bilim Dal\u0131 Nefroloji Bilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof.Dr. Yunus Erdem<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki tuz t\u00fcketim oranlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan SALTURK-2 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, 15 gram olan g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 56\u2019s\u0131ndan yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerden al\u0131nan yemek tuzu sorumlu. Yemek tuzunun d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc, tencereye eklenen tuz olu\u015fturuyor. Kalan d\u00f6rtte birlik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ise; zeytin, peynir, tur\u015fu, sal\u00e7a, \u00e7e\u015fitli soslar, tuzlu baharat kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ve besinlerle do\u011fal olarak al\u0131nan tuz olu\u015fturuyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketimimiz yemek tuzundan sonra y\u00fczde 32 ile geleneksel ekmek tuzu, y\u00fczde 13 ile sofra tuzu takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazla tuz t\u00fcketimini azaltmak her 4 ki\u015fiden 1&#8217;inin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kurtarabilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuz t\u00fcketiminin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015famda yerine de\u011finen\u00a0<strong>Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Altun\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cA\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6nlenmesi, y\u00fcksek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilen kalp, beyin ve b\u00f6brek ile ili\u015fkili kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n azalmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynayabilir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi kan bas\u0131nc\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak toksik etki g\u00f6stererek mide kanseri,kemik erimesi ve di\u011fer kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 riskini de art\u0131rabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tuz t\u00fcketimi hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan\u00a0<strong>Do\u011fu Akdeniz \u00dcniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. H. Tanju Besler<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBir\u00e7ok yeme ve beslenme davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, tuz t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kazan\u0131labilir. Bilin\u00e7li anneler sayesinde \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda do\u011fru tuz t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kazan\u0131labilir ve ileri ya\u015flarda da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir. Kad\u0131nlar do\u011fru yeme ve beslenme davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n aileye ve \u00e7ocuklara kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol \u00fcstleniyor. Ancak \u00f6zellikle gebelik ve menopoz d\u00f6nemindeki kad\u0131nlar a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin kendileri i\u00e7in de riskli oldu\u011funun fark\u0131na varmal\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar menopoz ve menopoz sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde,kemik erimesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi, v\u00fccuttan kalsiyum at\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak, kemik erimesinin ilerlemesinde rol oynayabilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tuz t\u00fcketimi hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hipertansiyonla M\u00fccadelede Kontrol Kad\u0131nlarda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrk Hipertansiyon ve B\u00f6brek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00dclver Derici<\/strong>\u00a0ise hipertansiyon fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kontro\u00fckonusunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken bilgiler verdi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re her \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6l\u00fcmden birinin nedeninin hipertansiyon oldu\u011funu belirten Derici, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hipertansiyon g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131nlarda y\u00fczde 32.3, erkeklerde ise y\u00fczde 28.4. Hipertansiyon g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda erkeklere g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek. Ancak bu konudaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131k da kad\u0131nlarda erkeklerden y\u00fcksektir. Erkeklerin y\u00fczde 41\u2019i, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 67\u2019si hipertansiyon fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahiptir. Toplumun genelinde, hipertansiyonu olan bireylerin y\u00fczde 45.3\u2019\u00fc ise bu durumun fark\u0131nda de\u011fil\u201d dedi Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin neden olabilece\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k geli\u015ftirmesi, evde haz\u0131rlanan yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerin tuz i\u00e7eri\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 verebilir, ailenin tuz t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da olumlu katk\u0131 verebilir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn duayeni Sabri \u00dclker an\u0131s\u0131na kurulmu\u015f olan ve misyonunu Sabri \u00dclker\u2019in hayat felsefesinden derleyen Sabri \u00dclker Vakf\u0131, toplumu beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda bilimsel ve g\u00fcvenilir bilgi ile ayd\u0131nlatmak \u00fczere faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
