Ot yemekleri deyince akla ilk olarak Ege otlar\u0131 geliyor olsa da, en fazla ot yeme\u011fi Ordu\u2019da yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. F\u0131nd\u0131k, bal\u0131k, kivi, \u00e7ilek, b\u00f6\u011f\u00fcrtlen, bezelye, patates (Melet patatesi), incir, taflan, deli bal, kara lahana, kabak, ku\u015f \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc, dut, kabak, kestane, m\u0131s\u0131r ekme\u011fi, sakarca, \u015feker pancar\u0131, paz\u0131, siyah \u00fcz\u00fcm, bir\u00e7ok elma ve armut t\u00fcr\u00fc b\u00f6lgede yeti\u015ftirilen ve t\u00fcketilen ba\u015fl\u0131ca yiyeceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle da\u011flardan toplanan galdirik ve \u00a0kabalak bitkileri tur\u015fular\u0131 Ordulular\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Ordu\u2019nun yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde tur\u015fular\u0131n ayr\u0131 bir yeri vard\u0131r. Kabalak, galdirik, fas\u00fclye, taflan, salatal\u0131k, armut, pancar ve d\u00fcrme tur\u015fular\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00e7ok sevilir. \u00a0\u00a0Ordu\u2019nun k\u00f6ylerinde ekmekler evde, kuzine sobalarda pi\u015firilir. Pancar \u00e7orbas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda m\u0131s\u0131r ekme\u011fi olmazsa olmazlardand\u0131r. Yo\u011furt da i\u00e7ine m\u0131s\u0131r ekme\u011fi do\u011frayarak yenilir. \u00a0Do\u011fan\u0131n olduk\u00e7a c\u00f6mert davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ordu\u2019da k\u0131\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yeri ise ba\u015fkad\u0131r.
