Y\u0131kanm\u0131\u015f pirin\u00e7 bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n i\u00e7ine konur ve hafif\u00e7e<br \/>\nkavurulur. \u0130ki bardak s\u0131cak suyla baharatlar, ku\u015f \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc, nane, maydanoz ve \u015feker suyu \u00e7ekene kadar pi\u015firilir. Dizme i\u015flemi bittikten sonra, \u00e7eri domateslerle dolmalar\u0131n \u00fczeri kapat\u0131l\u0131r ve biraz tuz serpilir ve en \u00fcste dolma ta\u015f\u0131 konur. Dolma ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir parmak alt\u0131nda olacak \u015fekilde kaynar su kat\u0131l\u0131r. Dolma kaynamaya ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra ocak k\u0131s\u0131l\u0131r. Pi\u015fmesine yak\u0131n limon suyu ilave edilerek 10-15 dk. daha pi\u015firilir ve ocaktan indirilir.
