Bu s\u0131rada viral ve bakteriyel ajanlar yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, alerjenlere de su\u0308rekli maruz kal\u0131r. Alerjinin adenoid hipertrofi olus\u0327umunda risk fakto\u0308ru\u0308 oldug\u0306u du\u0308s\u0327u\u0308nu\u0308lmektedir. Tonsil (bademcik ) ve adenoid hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131s\u0131nda en iyi y\u00f6ntem iyi bir hikaye ve fizik muayenedir. Bu sebeple de adenotonsillektomi ameliyat\u0131 (geniz eti ve bademciklerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 ) endikasyonu konulurken genellikle birden c\u0327ok neden bir arada bulunmaktad\u0131r.
