Bu hastal\u0131klardan en \u00f6nemlileri kalp krizi, inme, damar y\u0131rt\u0131lmalar\u0131, kalp yetersizli\u011fi, b\u00f6brek hasar\u0131, g\u00f6rme kayb\u0131, haf\u0131za ve anlama zorluklar\u0131\u201d<\/strong> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn verilerine g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada 1.5 milyar insan hipertansiyon hastas\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 milyon hipertansiyon hastas\u0131 bulunuyor. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman bilinmese de altta yatan b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131, tiroid rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131, kullan\u0131lan baz\u0131 a\u011fr\u0131 kesici, so\u011fuk alg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve do\u011fum kontrol haplar\u0131 ve uyku apnesinin hipertansiyona neden olabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Merkezi Kardiyoloji Uzman\u0131 Dr. Ersin \u00d6zen, hipertansiyonun risk fakt\u00f6rlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya\u015f:<\/strong> Tansiyonun s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fla birlikte \u00f6zellikle erkeklerde 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra, kad\u0131nlarda ise menopoz sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aile hikayesi:<\/strong> Birinci derece yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda hipertansiyon \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc olanlar\u0131n hipertansiyon e\u011filimi normal pop\u00fclasyondan belirgin bir \u015fekilde fazla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obezite:<\/strong> Kilo artt\u0131k\u00e7a v\u00fccudun oksijen ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 sebebiyle v\u00fccuttaki kan vol\u00fcm\u00fc artar. Bunun sonucunda da damar duvar\u0131ndaki bas\u0131n\u00e7 artar. Obez hastalarda her 5 kg kay\u0131p tansiyonda 10 mmHg civar\u0131nda bir d\u00fc\u015fme sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sigara:<\/strong> Sigara i\u00e7ildi\u011fi anda i\u00e7indeki nikotin y\u00fcz\u00fcnden tansiyonda ani y\u00fckselme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Kronik etkisi damar duvar\u0131n\u0131 zedeleyerek, damar sertli\u011fi ve damar daralmas\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rarak tansiyon y\u00fckselmesine sebep olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuz al\u0131m\u0131:<\/strong> G\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n fazla olmas\u0131 v\u00fccuttaki s\u0131v\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rarak tansiyonun y\u00fckselmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Tuz ile ilgili yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda diyetteki tuzun 6 gram\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 tansiyonun yakla\u015f\u0131k ortalama 10 mmhg y\u00fckselmesine sebep oldu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Potasyum al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n az olmas\u0131:<\/strong> Potasyum, tuzun h\u00fccre i\u00e7ine girmesine sebep olan bir mineral. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011fl\u0131 ve karbonhidrattan zengin beslenme tansiyonu 5 ila 10 mmhg civar\u0131nda y\u00fckseltiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stres: <\/strong>Stres ani tansiyon y\u00fckselmeleri ve ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan sigara, k\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 sebebiyle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir risk olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kronik hastal\u0131klar:<\/strong> Kronik hastal\u0131klar \u00f6zellikle diyabet, b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131klar\u0131, KOAH gibi hastal\u0131klar hipertansiyon g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuzlu i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar hipertansiyon sebebi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kardiyoloji Uzman\u0131 Dr. Ersin \u00d6zen, hipertansiyonda ya\u015f ve ailesel yatk\u0131nl\u0131k gibi \u00f6nlenemeyecek risk fakt\u00f6rlerinin oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cAncak hipertansiyonu kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran fakt\u00f6rlerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak ve yeterli tansiyon kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in yap\u0131labilecek bir\u00e7ok \u015fey var\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tansiyon kontrol\u00fcnde en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biri fazla kilolardan kurtulmakt\u0131r.
