Bu sorunlar\u0131n tam olarak ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmasa da al\u0131nacak baz\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerle konforlu bir gebelik d\u00f6nemi sa\u011flanabiliyor. <b>Op. Dr. Yunus \u00c7avu\u015f<\/b>, gebelikte ya\u015fanabilecek sorunlar\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><b>1- Bulant\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fczenleyin<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gebelik bulant\u0131lar\u0131 genellikle sabah saatlerinde ba\u015flar. \u00d6zellikle ilk ve \u00e7o\u011ful gebeliklerde bulant\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir sorundur. Ortalama 4-8 hafta aras\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen bulant\u0131, 14-16\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 haftaya kadar azalarak devam eder ve bazen t\u00fcm gebelik s\u00fcresince devam edebilir. Bulant\u0131lar\u0131n, al\u0131nacak baz\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerle azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde az ve s\u0131k yemek yemek, yemekler aras\u0131nda az s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketmek, kat\u0131, kuru, ya\u011fs\u0131z ve tuzlu g\u0131dalar\u0131 tercih etmek \u015fikayetleri azalt\u0131r. E\u011fer tatl\u0131 ve meyveler bulant\u0131 yapm\u0131yorsa, t\u00fcketilmesinde her hangi bir sak\u0131nca yoktur. Tuzlu kraker, galeta ve simit gibi besinler de bulant\u0131y\u0131 bast\u0131rabilir. Bunun yan\u0131nda yataktan aniden kalkmamak, ho\u015f olmayan kokulardan ve a\u011f\u0131r yiyeceklerden uzak durmak da bulant\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p><b>2- Gerekti\u011finde psikolojik destek al\u0131n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gebeli\u011fin ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde anne aday\u0131n\u0131n sinirli, gergin ve al\u0131ngan bir ruh hali i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 normaldir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nem gebeli\u011fe adaptasyon s\u00fcrecidir. Ki\u015fi gebeli\u011fe uyum sa\u011flad\u0131k\u00e7a yava\u015f yava\u015f rahatlayacakt\u0131r. Bazen idrar ka\u00e7\u0131rmalar olabilir. Bu durum genellikle gebeli\u011fin 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc ay\u0131ndan itibaren azalsa da son evrede tekrar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ancak ya\u015fanan bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikler nedeniyle kesinlikle s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131 azalt\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir gebelik d\u00f6nemi ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131 gereklidir. \u0130htiya\u00e7 hissedildi\u011fi her an idrara \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi takdirde idrar yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. S\u0131k idrara \u00e7\u0131kma ile birlikte yanma ve a\u011fr\u0131 sorunlar\u0131nda mutlaka doktora ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>4- 20\u2019inci haftadan sonra devam eden ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate al\u0131n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve halsizlik genellikle gebelikte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hormonal ve kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak gebeli\u011fin 20\u2019inci haftas\u0131ndan sonra ba\u015flayan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 masum olmayabilir. Bu durumda n\u00f6roloji uzman\u0131na dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda; y\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6n taraf\u0131 ve kenarlar\u0131na, burun \u00e7evresine, g\u00f6zlere s\u0131cak kompres uygulama a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 azaltabilir. \u0130yi ve dengeli beslenme, dinlenme, masaj, hafif egzersiz ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler \u015fikayetleri en aza indirir.<\/p>\n<p><b>5- Leke tarz\u0131ndaki kanamalar\u0131 ihmal etmeyin<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Leke tarz\u0131nda kanamalar gebeli\u011fin her d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Gebeli\u011fin ilk 3 ay\u0131nda olu\u015fan kanamalar implantasyon yani bebe\u011fin rahim i\u00e7erisine yerle\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Ancak bazen de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck habercisi olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc gebeli\u011fin ilk 3 ay\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen kanamalar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %10\u2019u d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckle sonu\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.
