Osteoporozda, kemik mineral yo\u011funlu\u011funun azalmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kemikte bir k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>\u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi \u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi, Fiziksel T\u0131p ve Rehabilitasyon Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Demirhan D\u0131ra\u00e7o\u011flu, <\/strong> &#8220;Osteoporoz \u00f6zellikle 45 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra menopoz sonras\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kemik dokusu s\u00fcrekli yeniden yap\u0131lan ve yeniden y\u0131k\u0131lan bir dokudur. Bu yap\u0131m-y\u0131k\u0131m dengesi 30 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar hep yap\u0131m lehinedir yani yap\u0131m daha fazlad\u0131r. 30 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra ise bu yap\u0131m-y\u0131k\u0131m dengesi de\u011fi\u015fmeye ba\u015flar. \u0130leri ya\u015flarda y\u0131k\u0131m \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar ve osteoporoz geli\u015fir. Kemik erimesi tedavisinde en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biri hareket d\u00fczeyimizi art\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bir yandan da \u00f6zel egzersizlerle hareket d\u00fczeyimize katk\u0131da bulunmam\u0131z gerekir<strong>. <\/strong>Bunun yan\u0131nda beslenme de \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zellikle D vitamini, kalsiyum, magnezyum, fosfor ve di\u011fer minerallerden zengin bir diyete sahip olmam\u0131z gerekli.<strong>\u201d <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00d6zellikle kad\u0131nlar osteoporoza kar\u015f\u0131 D vitamini de\u011ferlerine dikkat etmeli\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e gerek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n gerekse erkeklerin kemiklerinde do\u011fal bir zay\u0131flama oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>Prof. Dr. D\u0131ra\u00e7o\u011flu<\/strong>, \u201cKad\u0131nlarda menopozla birlikte kemi\u011fin hormonal deste\u011fi de ortadan kalkar. Bu durum kemi\u011fin mineral dengesini bozar. \u0130leri ya\u015flarda yetersiz D vitamini, kemik g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131na ve kemi\u011fin kolayca k\u0131r\u0131labilmesine neden olan osteoporoza (kemik erimesine) e\u011filimi art\u0131r\u0131r. Kemik erimesi tespit edilen ki\u015filerde tedavinin en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7alar\u0131ndan biri de yeterli miktarda D vitamininin tedaviye eklenmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>D vitamini d\u00fczeyi kanda 20 ng\/mL\u2019den d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ise D vitamini eksikli\u011fi; 20 ile 30 ng\/mL aras\u0131nda ise D vitamini yetersizli\u011fi; 30 ng\/mL\u2019den y\u00fcksek ise yeterli d\u00fczey D vitamini; (tercih edilen aral\u0131k 40-60 ng\/mL) sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in kabul edilebilir. Avrupa Endokrin Derne\u011fi Klinik Uygulama K\u0131lavuzu\u2019na g\u00f6re D vitamini al\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck idame dozlar; 1 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bebeklere g\u00fcnde 400 \u00fcnite, 1-18 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara g\u00fcnde 600 \u00fcnite, 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri yeti\u015fkinlerde g\u00fcnl\u00fck 1000 \u00fcnitedir. Bu doz al\u0131mlar\u0131 D vitamini d\u00fczeyinin yeterli olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir. E\u011fer eksiklik varsa bu durumda g\u00fcnde 2000-3000 \u00fcnite , 3-6 hafta boyunca verilebilir. Ancak eksiklik durumunun tedavisi hastan\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re de de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterebilir. Kan d\u00fczeyleri kontrol edilmelidir. \u00d6zellikle D vitamini eksikli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek riskli ya\u015fl\u0131lar mutlaka idame tedavisi almal\u0131d\u0131r. Katk\u0131 maddesi ve BHA i\u00e7ermeyen D vitamini destek se\u00e7enekleri bulunmaktad\u0131r.
