Sperm sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve bol oldu\u011funda yumurtay\u0131 d\u00f6llemekte en iyi at\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapar. Adeti uzun aral\u0131klarla olan kad\u0131nlarda yumurtlama zaman\u0131n tespit edilmesi zor oldu\u011fundan \u00f6nerilen adet bitiminden 21-24 g\u00fcn sonras\u0131na kadar g\u00fcn a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ili\u015fkidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Gebe kalmay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 di\u011fer bir yol ise stresten uzak kalmakt\u0131r<\/strong>. Streste salg\u0131lanan v\u00fccut enzimleri, kad\u0131nlarda her ay gebelik oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 12 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131r. Stres bu etkiyi yumurtlamay\u0131 erteleyerek ve uzun adet periyotlar\u0131na neden olarak yapar.
