Sindirim sisteminin d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>probiyotik<\/strong> besinlerden veya takviyelerden faydalanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Okumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z:<\/p>\n<p>En s\u0131k g\u00f6zlenen sorunlardan bir tanesi de \u00f6demdir.
