T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l do\u011fan bebeklerin %10-12\u2019si 2500 gram\u0131n alt\u0131nda do\u011fuyor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri hamilelerde g\u00f6r\u00fclen d\u00fczensiz beslenmedir. Gebelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenme anne a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda do\u011fumsal riskleri beraberinde getirebilir, gebelik zehirlenmesi ve \u00f6l\u00fcmlere yol a\u00e7abilir. Tabi bunu yaparken besin gruplar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 versiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Yani karbonhidrat, ya\u011f, protein, vitamin, mineral dengesini kurarken bu gruplardan hangi besinleri hangi pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemleriyle kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nem arz ediyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %50-55&#8217;i karbonhidratlardan, %15-20&#8217;si proteinlerden ve %20-25i ya\u011flardan kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durum gebeler i\u00e7in de de\u011fi\u015fmez. Kalori ihtiyac\u0131 ise gebelikten \u00f6nceki ideal kalori ihtiyac\u0131na ek olarak 2. Ve3. Trimester d\u00f6nemlerinde 300kcal\u2019dir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Karbonhidratlar\"><\/span><strong>Karbonhidratlar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 karbonhidratlardan sa\u011flamal\u0131y\u0131z. Aksi takdirde v\u00fccut ya\u011flar\u0131 daha sonra da proteinleri kullanmaya ba\u015flar ki proteinlerin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan istemeyiz. Yeterli karbonhidrat al\u0131m\u0131 anne ve bebe\u011fin h\u00fccrelerinin dokular\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimini ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ancak karbonhidratlar\u0131 se\u00e7erken \u00f6zellikle kompleks karbonhidrat grubunu(tam tah\u0131llar, tam bu\u011fday, meyve, sebze) tercih etmeliyiz. Kompleks karbonhidrat t\u00fcketmek g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde kan \u015fekerini dengede tutmak ad\u0131na da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proteinler\"><\/span><strong>Proteinler<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %15-20sini proteinlerden kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131y\u0131z. Esansiyel aminoasitleri almam\u0131z ad\u0131na ve v\u00fccudumuzdaki yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in protein al\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Gebeler g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama 70-80 gram protein almal\u0131lar. Vejetaryenler ise; bitkisel proteinlerin biyoyararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan buna ek 20g daha protein almal\u0131lar. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 gebeler i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck 1 yumurta,2-3 dilim peynir,2-3 su barda\u011f\u0131 s\u00fct veya yo\u011furt,4 k\u00f6fte b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde et\/tavuk veya 120 gram civar\u0131 bal\u0131k t\u00fcketmeleri yeterli olacakt\u0131r. Haftada 2 kere kurubaklagil t\u00fcketimi ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2-3 adet ceviz ile deseklenmeli.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yaglar\"><\/span><strong>Ya\u011flar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00fcnl\u00fck enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %20-25ini kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131lar. Elzem ya\u011f asitlerini alabilmemiz i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011flar tercih etmeliyiz. Doymu\u015f ya\u011flardan uzak durup doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011flara y\u00f6nelmek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Kat\u0131 ya\u011flar yerine zeytinya\u011f\u0131 tercih etmeliyiz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vitamin-Mineral\"><\/span><strong>Vitamin-Mineral<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Folik_Asit\"><\/span><strong>Folik Asit<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Folik asit gebelikte olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Yetersiz folik asit al\u0131m\u0131 bebekte n\u00f6ral t\u00fcp defekti, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilir. Koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, karnabahar, et, s\u00fct, yo\u011furt ve t\u00fcrevleri,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 yumurta ve tah\u0131llar folik asit kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r. Folik asit kaynaklar\u0131 t\u00fcketilirken kay\u0131p olmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemlerine dikkat edilmelidir. Gebelikte folik asit ihtiyac\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar. Gebelik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen anne adaylar\u0131 3 ay \u00f6nceden hekim kontrol\u00fcnde folik asit takviyesine ba\u015flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Demir\"><\/span><strong>Demir<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demir; yumurta, et ve t\u00fcrevleri, koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, kuru baklagiller ve kuru meyvelerde bulunur. Gebelikte demir ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak kolay de\u011fil \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc etkin bir bi\u00e7imde emilimi zordur. Bu y\u00fczden hekiminiz uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcrse size takviye verecektir. C vitamini i\u00e7eren besinler demir emilimini artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131ndan, takviyelerinizi a\u00e7 karn\u0131na ve bir c vitamini kayna\u011f\u0131 ile birlikte(\u00f6rne\u011fin portakal suyu)alabilirsiniz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kalsiyum\"><\/span><strong>Kalsiyum<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalsiyum, bebe\u011fin iskelet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi gibi annenin de kemik k\u00fctlesini korur. S\u00fct, yo\u011furt, peynir, pekmez, f\u0131nd\u0131k, kuru baklagiller ve ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler zengin kalsiyum kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r.
