Bu s\u0131cak yaz g\u00fcnlerindede krema ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u0131dalar ve mayonezli yiyeceklerden de uzak durulmal\u0131d\u0131r hem ya\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in hem de \u00e7abuk bozulabildikleri i\u00e7in sindim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da risklidir. E\u011fer ki eksik su t\u00fcketilirse ki\u015fide halsizlik, yorgunluk, konsantrasyon bozukluklar\u0131, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir \u00e7ok sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu ya\u015fanabilir. Suyu t\u00fcketirken bir anda y\u00fcksek miktarlarda i\u00e7mek yerine az az ve s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde emziren ve hamile anneler i\u00e7in minimum 2,5 litreyi tamamlayarak \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7inse ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermekle beraber ortalama 1,5-2,0 litre su t\u00fcketilmesine dikkat edilmelidir. Bu noktada havalar\u0131n s\u0131cak olmas\u0131 ile beraber so\u011fuk su tercih etme oralar\u0131 da y\u00fcksek ancak so\u011fuk suyun v\u00fccudu daha \u00e7abuk terketti\u011fi yani i\u00e7ilen sudan daha az faydalanabildi\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda su tercih edilmelidir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Serinleten_besinler_tuketin\"><\/span><strong>Serinleten besinler t\u00fcketin<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131cak g\u00fcnlerde serinlemek i\u00e7in taze meyveler dozunda t\u00fcketilirse \u00e7ok iyi alternatiflerdir. S\u0131caklarda serinlemek i\u00e7in \u00e7o\u011fu ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan tercih edilen meyve karpuz ve kavun oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu noktada \u00f6zellikle de gestasyonel diyabet ya\u015fayayan annelere, tip 1 diyabetli \u00e7ocuklara ve emzirme d\u00f6neminde olup \u015feker hastas\u0131 olan annelere uyar yapmakta fayda var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu 2 meyvede serinlemek i\u00e7in iyi alternatifler olsa da \u015feker oranlar\u0131 da y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilmemesi yada kan tahlilleri ve sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuza g\u00f6re mutlaka uzman kontrol\u00fcnde kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcketilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. E\u011fer ki bi sa\u011fl\u0131k probleminiz yoksa hem karpuz hem de kavun \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 meyvelerdir ve beslenmenize de 2-3 \u00fc\u00e7gen dilimini 1 porsiyon meyve olarak kullanmak \u015fart\u0131 ile mutlaka eklemelisiniz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elektrolit_dengesine_dikkat\"><\/span><strong>Elektrolit dengesine dikkat!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131cak ile birlikte terleme miktar\u0131nda da art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr bu nedenle mutlaka s\u0131v\u0131-elektrolit dengesi de korunmal\u0131d\u0131r.
