Deri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131z i\u00e7i ve genital b\u00f6lge gibi mukozal yap\u0131larda da si\u011filler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131radan ve s\u0131k g\u00f6zlenen si\u011filler <strong>verruca vulgaris<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r ve t\u00fcm si\u011fillerin yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak %70\u2019ini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sigil_en_cok_hangi_yaslarda_gorulur\"><\/span><strong>Si\u011fil en \u00e7ok hangi ya\u015flarda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si\u011filler \u00e7ocuklarda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. <strong>Okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n % 20\u2019sinde g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/strong><br \/>\nSi\u011fil olu\u015fumuna neden olan HPV vir\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn 200\u2019den fazla tipi vard\u0131r ve bu vir\u00fcslerin yaln\u0131zca bir k\u0131sm\u0131 elde si\u011fillere neden olur.<\/p>\n<p>Ellerde olu\u015facak \u00e7izikler, s\u0131yr\u0131klar ve cilt hasarlar\u0131 nedeniyle HPV vir\u00fcs bula\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Lezyonlar, bir veya birka\u00e7 adet 1-10 mm b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, nadiren daha b\u00fcy\u00fck, yuvarlak veya \u00e7ok kenarl\u0131, \u00fczeri girintili \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131, deri renginde, sert olu\u015fumlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dczerlerinde k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131-siyah noktac\u0131klar karakteristiktir. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcz, sa\u00e7l\u0131 deri, g\u00f6z kapaklar\u0131 ve burun kenarlar\u0131nda yerle\u015fen ipliksi si\u011fil tipi de g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ellerin ve el parmaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst y\u00fczeyleri en s\u0131k yerle\u015fti\u011fi b\u00f6lgelerdir. Manik\u00fcr, t\u0131rnak yemek ve benzeri travmalar parmakta, t\u0131rnak kenar\u0131nda verruka yerle\u015fimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Nadiren <strong>verruka vulgaris oral mukozada<\/strong> da yerle\u015febilir. El i\u00e7erisine yerle\u015fenler normal deri el \u00e7izgilerini bozmakta, nas\u0131r benzeri deri sertle\u015fmelerine neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sigil_nasil_bulasir\"><\/span><strong>Si\u011fil nas\u0131l bula\u015f\u0131r?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta temaslar yoluyla bula\u015f\u0131rlar, bu y\u00fczden en \u00e7ok eller, parmaklar, y\u00fcz ve ayaklarda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrler. Bu nedenle elde si\u011fili olan ki\u015filer ile \u00e7ok s\u0131k tokala\u015fmak si\u011fillerin bula\u015fmas\u0131na neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015finin v\u00fccut savunma sistemi hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda belirleyici olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nSi\u011filler her v\u00fccuda yerle\u015fmez, yerle\u015fse bile \u00fcreyemez. Deri b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bozulmas\u0131, v\u00fccut direncinin d\u00fc\u015fmesi (kans\u0131zl\u0131k, kanser hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini bask\u0131layan ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131 vb.) allerjik yatk\u0131nl\u0131k durumlar\u0131nda infeksiyon v\u00fccuda kolay yerle\u015fir.<\/p>\n<p>Yo\u011fun stresi olanlar, s\u0131k\u0131 diyet veya d\u00fczensiz\/dengesiz beslenenlerde, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve yorgunluk halleri, \u00e7ok e\u015fli ve g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemi olmaks\u0131z\u0131n cinsel temasta bulunanlarda, ortak havlu, bornoz kullananlarda, havuz, hamam, jakuziyi s\u0131k kullananlarda bula\u015fma riski y\u00fcksektir.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u011filler genellikle hi\u00e7bir semptom vermezler, nadiren ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131 yapabilir. \u00dczerinde ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131 olu\u015fan si\u011fillerin \u00e7izgisel yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.<br \/>\n2 y\u0131lda %65\u2019i spontan olarak iyile\u015febilir ve iz b\u0131rakmaz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tedavide gecikilmesi durumunda si\u011fil derinle\u015fir ve b\u00fcy\u00fcr bu durumda tedavisi de zorla\u015f\u0131r.<\/strong> Bu nedenle tedaviyi geciktirmemek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u011fil tedavisinde birtak\u0131m ila\u00e7lar kullan\u0131labilir. Tedavide ana kural si\u011filin etkin bir \u015fekilde yok edilmesidir.
