Do\u011fal olarak siz de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslensin, abur cubur, hamur i\u015fi t\u00fcketip sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bozulsun istemiyorsunuz. Okuldan \u00e7ok a\u00e7 gelip evde bilin\u00e7sizce ne bulurlarsa yemelerini bizler de hi\u00e7 istemeyiz. Her \u00e7ocu\u011fun ya\u015f, cinsiyet ve fiziksel aktivitesine g\u00f6re beslenme gereksinimleri farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir fakat g\u00fcnl\u00fck almas\u0131 gereken enerji, ya\u011f, vitamin, mineral ve protein kaynaklar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak hesaplan\u0131rsa beslenmeleri geli\u015fimlerini olumlu y\u00f6nde etkileyecektir.<br \/>\n6-12 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan bu d\u00f6nemde kaliteli ve yeterli olarak beslenmek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hem sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fcme geli\u015fmelerini sa\u011flar hem de okul ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131r. Gece boyunca s\u00fcren a\u00e7l\u0131k durumundan sonra v\u00fccudun ihtiyac\u0131 olan enerjinin al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fart.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ocu\u011fun g\u00fcnl\u00fck protein gereksinimini 1 yumurta, 1 bardak s\u00fct, 1 bardak yo\u011furt, 2-3 k\u00f6fte kadar et-tavuk bal\u0131k-peynir ya da 1 porsiyon kuru baklagiller yemeg\u0306i ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r. Mesela babas\u0131 tabag\u0306\u0131ndaki brokolileri kenara iterse \u00e7ocukta yemek istemeyebilir.
