Yang\u0131n b\u00f6lgesinin internet \u00fczerinden ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerine hemen eri\u015fimin sa\u011flanabilmesi etkilenmenin art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olabilir. D\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki ya\u015fanmakta olan ve ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f benzer travmatik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerine ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi g\u00fcvende olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve tehlike alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu hissetmemize neden olabilir. S\u00fcrekli olarak g\u00fcvende olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissetme uyku bozukluklar\u0131, sinirlilik, tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck, konsantrasyon g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckleri, alkol ve sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, i\u00e7e kapanma, kayg\u0131 ve korku gibi sonu\u00e7lara neden olabilir. S\u00f6ylentiler, uygun olmayan olumsuz yorumlar ve yanl\u0131\u015f haberler g\u00fcvensizli\u011fe ve toplumsal b\u00f6l\u00fcnmelere neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Yay\u0131nlanan bu bildiride kendinize bir ka\u00e7 soru sorman\u0131z bekleniyor. Kayg\u0131n\u0131z azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu belirtiler zamanla kendili\u011finden ortadan kaybolacakt\u0131r. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z olay\u0131 sizi dinleyebilecek bir yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131zla konu\u015fmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmay\u0131n. M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse insanlarla (arkada\u015flar, aile, kom\u015fular gibi olumlu ve destekleyici ili\u015fkiler) ili\u015fki kurun. Sosyal destek ki\u015filerin ruhsal travma sonras\u0131 etkilenmeleri \u00fczerinde iyile\u015ftirici etkiye sahiptir.
