Ancak zaman i\u00e7erisinde al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011funuz bilgilere ula\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1- Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7erik k\u0131sm\u0131nda, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7inde en \u00e7ok bulunan bile\u015fen miktar\u0131 ilk s\u0131rada yer alacak \u015fekilde miktar s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re listelendi\u011fini unutmay\u0131n. <\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6rne\u011fin:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dclker P\u00f6tib\u00f6r \u0130\u00e7indekiler;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bu\u011fday unu, \u015eeker, Bitkisel ya\u011f (Palm), S\u00fct (%3,4), Glikoz \u015furubu, Kabart\u0131c\u0131lar (Amonyum Hidrojen Karbonat, Sodyum Hidrojen Karbonat, Disodyum Difosfat), Karamel (\u015eeker, S\u00fct Kremas\u0131), Tuz, Melas, Aroma vericiler, Yumurta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yani i\u00e7eri\u011finde en \u00e7ok bu\u011fday unu yer al\u0131rken onu \u015feker ve palm ya\u011f\u0131 takip ediyor. Ard\u0131ndan ise %3,4 oran\u0131yla s\u00fct, glikoz \u015furubu ve kabart\u0131c\u0131lar geliyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y\u00fcksek miktarda \u015feker ve benzerlerini, doymu\u015f ya\u011f, palm ya\u011f\u0131, trans ya\u011f, y\u00fcksek kolesterol, tuz, sodyum, MSG tuzu, nitrat ve fazla say\u0131da katk\u0131 maddesi i\u00e7eren besinlerin t\u00fcketim miktarlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltman\u0131z\u0131 tavsiye ederim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2- Besin etiketleri \u00fczerinde yazan referans de\u011ferleri 100 gram \u00fczerinden hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmay\u0131n. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bunun yan\u0131nda ayn\u0131 zamanda 1 porsiyonundaki besin de\u011ferleri de verilir. Bu noktada ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn 1 porsiyon gramaj\u0131na ve ka\u00e7 porsiyon i\u00e7erdi\u011fine bakmay\u0131 unutmay\u0131n. \u00d6rne\u011fin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z 160 gram bir \u00fcr\u00fcn, asl\u0131nda 40 graml\u0131k 4 porsiyon i\u00e7eriyor olabilir. Siz 1 porsiyon (40 gr) \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn besin de\u011ferlerini, 1 paket (160 gr) zannedebilir, 4 porsiyon t\u00fcketmi\u015f olabilirsiniz. SKT veya STT, T\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi Etiketleme Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re; mikrobiyolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan kolay bozulabilen ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tehlike te\u015fkil etmesi muhtemel olan g\u0131dalar\u0131n t\u00fcketilebilece\u011fi son tarihini g\u00f6sterir. K\u0131saca bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve kaliteli bir \u015fekilde en son kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi tarihi ifade eder. Son t\u00fcketim tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n etiketinde yer alan tarihten sonra t\u00fcketilmemesi, sat\u0131n al\u0131nmamas\u0131 ve sat\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekir.
