Fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde milyonlarca \u00e7ocu\u011fun obezite ve obezitenin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastal\u0131klarla m\u00fccadele etmek zorunda kalmas\u0131yla birlikte durumun ciddiyeti \u00a0fark edilmi\u015f, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler de\u011fi\u015fmeye ve \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/annebebekkulubu.com\/blog\/beslenme\/obezite-cocuklarimizin-sagligini-tehdit-ediyor\/\"><strong>Obezite \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit ediyor!\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklu\u011fun erken d\u00f6nemlerinden itibaren sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olman\u0131n yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/annebebekkulubu.com\/blog\/beslenme\/cocuklara-nasil-saglikli-beslenme-aliskanligi-kazandirabiliriz\/\"><strong>sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme<\/strong><\/a>\u201ddir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00e7ocukluk, sonraki ya\u015fam\u0131n en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle ba\u015fta beslenme olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok etmene \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda obezite gelmektedir. Obezite k\u00fcresel boyutta bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunudur. G\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nan enerjinin harcanandan fazla olmas\u0131 durumunda, harcanamayan enerji v\u00fccutta ya\u011f olarak depolanmakta ve obezite olu\u015fumuna neden olmaktad\u0131r. Hem geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde hem de geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir. <strong>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan raporda, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki obezitenin 1975 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2016 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar neredeyse \u00fc\u00e7 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda anne veya baban\u0131n birinin \u015fi\u015fman olu\u015fu ile \u00e7ocuklarda \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme riskinin %40, hem anne hem baban\u0131n \u015fi\u015fman olu\u015fu ile bu riskin %80 oldu\u011fu belirtilmektedir. Gebeli\u011fin son 3 ay\u0131nda annenin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 beslenmesi ve bebe\u011fin kilolu do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda do\u011fmas\u0131, sonraki y\u0131llarda \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme riskini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n abur-cubur, fast-food gibi besinlerle al\u0131nan kalori miktar\u0131 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Televizyon, tablet ve telefon gibi teknolojik ara\u00e7lar da \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n aktivitesini k\u0131s\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r.\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n hem fiziksel hem sosyal y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015febilmesi ad\u0131na spor veya sanat bran\u015flar\u0131na veya fiziksel aktiviteyi artt\u0131racak faaliyetlere y\u00f6nlendirilmesi desteklenmelidir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sagliksiz_beslenme\"><\/span><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklarda obezite genellikle yeme ile ilgili olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir sorundur.
