Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde hemen hemen t\u00fcm hurmalar uzun s\u00fcre\u00a0 muhafaza edilmek i\u00e7in kurutularak sat\u0131l\u0131r ve t\u00fcketilir. Baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli besin \u00f6\u011felerince zengin olmakla\u00a0 beraber sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir\u00e7ok faydas\u0131 vard\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hurmanin_besin_degeri\"><\/span><b>Hurman\u0131n besin de\u011feri<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hurmalar olduk\u00e7a iyi besin de\u011ferlerine sahiptir.
